Psych Night‘s Endless Daze festival is always a highly enjoyable weekend away from the bustle of Cape Town. With just one large stage (apart from the Saturday morning stage) the focus is always on music and it’s possible to sit back, relax and watch all the acts without the stress and back-and-forth between stages that usually happens at festivals. The pace is chilled, the vibe intimate and the beach-side setting the perfect backdrop for one of the most picturesque fests in SA.

I always enjoy myself there and this year was no exception. Stand-out moments on Friday included a postcard-perfect sunset over the beach as well as great performances from W.I.T.C.H (ZM), Black Math, Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys, Kidofdoom, The Brother Moves On, NONN (SE), Candice Gordon (IE) and Sakawa Boys.
