On Friday I saw Balkan Beat Box at the (very windy) parking lot in Harrington Street.

The Nomadic Orchestra were wrapping up their set when we arrived and were followed by Toby2shoes while Balkan Beat Box were setting up.

And then, all the way from New York, Balkan Beat Box…wow – they were great, really energetic and just so much fun!

Overall, a really awesome night, in spite of the post-BBB drama of discovering my phone had been stolen and then getting it back from the police station between 1:30 and 3AM – so, so lucky and grateful that they recovered it!
