Retro Dizzy, Runaway Nuns & Dangerfields at Mercury

Retro Dizzy played a packed show in Mercury back at the end of September and, I must say, Mercury looked better than I’d seen it, well probably ever – balloons, lanterns and streamers abounded and a snowy old TV formed the bizarre centrepiece on the bottom left corner of the stage. Completing the musical lineup were the highly entertaining and energetic Runaway Nuns and my favourite local post-punks Dangerfields.

Here’s a look at the almost birthday-party-themed night.
