At the end of May, I had the honour of shooting my second cover for Your LMG. Adrian and I met Kanyi outside the Gugulethu Mall one rainy Saturday and the first thing she asked us was ‘have you been up onto the roof?’ From her first enthusiastic scramble onto the parking lot roof to her energetic jumping off an old Beetle, Kanyi was a pleasure to work with.

We spent the day visiting her haunts; here is the final printed magazine as well as some unpublished shots.
