The third annual Cape Town Electronic Music Festival took place at the Cape Town City Hall in the main ‘audiotorium’ and the terrace last Friday to Sunday. Highlights and headliners included Four Tet, PH Fat, Loco Dice, Branko, HVOB and loads more local and international electronic artists. Here are some shots from the weekend.
Last year my mom and I took a trip up the West Coast to Langebaan, the West Coast National Park, Paternoster, Tietiesbaai and Shelley Point. I only recently had a chance to go through the photos and thought I’d post them here.
The J&B Met celebrated its 38th anniversary with the theme ‘made for the mix. It was the first time I’d attended the well-known Cape Town event and it was pretty much everything I expected: horses, high fashion, heat and of course some pretty hilarious outfits too. I must say, I thought it was loads of fun.
January’s Full House Thursdays were a blast – Black Math at the beginning of the month were followed by Frank Freeman, Jack Parow & Veladraco and Basson Laubscher and the Radical Free Peace. Here are some of my favourite shots from the month.
I really enjoyed shooting Full House Thursdays at Aces ‘n’ Spades last year, and am excited to be continuing this year – here are some shots from the first one of 2015 featuring Durban’s Black Math.
