Södermalm & Djurgården

 

After 2 days in Gamla Stan I moved to my next accommodation, a floating hostel (a boat!) in Södermalm. I arrived just before lunchtime and then took the ferry across the water to spend the day exploring the museums of Djurgården.

My second and final night in Abisko was unfortunately as foggy as the first. Jun and I went outside in the early morning chasing auroras but had no luck. we did however get to watch a beautiful sunrise before going our separate ways.

After getting lost in the fog and dark the night before Jun and I decided that between us we’d use the daylight to find the lake. I made that my first mission before heading off into the park to explore the Kungsleden trail.
