Today marks my 5th year since joining last.fm; for a while it was the only social network I was actually active on and, though I don’t spend as much time on there these days, I still find the graphs and data it collects about listening habits fascinating.

And so ends another year. Every year has its ups and downs and 2011 was no exception. Here are some random pictures I took over the last 12 months…
*Warning: kitsch overload* One thing I like about living near the sea is that it makes for some truly beautiful sunsets. I’ve been photographing a few throughout the year, I didn’t manage to do one every day but have a pretty decent representation of the prettier ones.
