Last Friday we headed to Mercury to see Boo!, and were actually so early that the we had to wait outside the closed doors for a little while…but we weren’t the only ones – there was quite a crowd of eager beavers gathered by the time the doors finally opened.

Once inside and upstairs, we were entertained by a somewhat thrashy set from Caroline Coon.

They were quite fun but really couldn’t compete with the main event – Boo! I’ve seen Chris Chameleon solo a couple of times  but never Boo! (apart from what maybe could’ve been called a Boo! performance in 2009) So, knowing their dressing up habits, was really looking forward to their outfits…they didn’t disappoint, especially Chris.

They were great, just so much fun, playing a nice mix of old and new tracks – I’m really glad to have Boo! back :)
