I sat outside in the rain and wind last night with <a title=\"Saturday steampunk silliness\" href=\"http:\/\/lauramccullagh.com\/blog\/2011\/07\/saturday-steampunk-silliness\/\" target=\"_blank\">my brother<\/a> (he has uncanny lightning precognition) watching the lightning over the mountains and was lucky to get a few shots, below is my favourite one.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve never photographed lightning before but it&#8217;s been something I&#8217;ve wanted to do for a while.
